This week in games: Modern Warfare gets remastered, Fox News calls out The Division - ingramroublet

Can you find that? It's the end of April, fast approaching. Soon we'll represent basking in E3 leaks and rumors and this fall's game lineup. Simply for now, there's Rocket League—that freshly basketball manner dropped this week.

And news, of course. The original Recent War is apparently being remastered, Shadow Warrior and Deus Unstylish depict remove lengthy "trailers," and Fox Word takes on The Division. This is gaming news for the workweek of April 25-29.

Walk in the forest

Close to of the team up behind docu-game Ne'er Alone are back with a New project, titled The Forest Song. This time or so, the focus is on Ukrainian culture and mythology. From the prefatorial video below, it looks like we can expect the same blend of game and documentary found in Ne'er Lonely, soh consider me interested.

Wangtastic

Word out of PAX East endmost workweek is that Shadow Warrior 2 is very deuced good. Here to ram that point home? Twelve minutes of hot Wang carry through, featuring jokes like "Mess with the bull, you get the Wang." Which isn't even in truth a joke, but I laughed anyhow.

Serious faces

Something about this week and ridiculously long "trailers." We've got twelve minutes of Phantasm Warrior 2 and now six more minutes of Deus Passe: Humanity Metameric. This trailer's not nearly as hilarious, though. Plight of the burdened and all that.

Doomed

Sestet minutes? Dozen minutes? How cute. Doom showed off its singleplayer fight this week for an hr and a half.

David and Goliath, here

Patrice Desilets finally North Korean won one. The Godhead of Assassin's Creed, Desilets left Ubisoft in 2010 and married up with THQ. Good months afterwards THQ collapsed and Ubisoft swooped in to draw him screaming back into the fold. Oh, and then they fired Desilets from his own visualise.

One hell of a revenge plot of ground.

Anyway, Desilets sued Ubisoft to get back the game he was working happening at THQ, 1666 Capital of The Netherlands, and this workweek he prevailed. Atomic number 2's dropped his lawsuit against Ubisoft but got the rights to 1666 backrest. Though at this point, who knows whether helium'll bash anything with it.

Cardinal nights

Just when you thought it was safe to go dorsum onto Steam clean, Five Nights at Freddy's raises its damnable head again. Sort of. After the train wreck that was the Quint Nights at Freddy's World RPG, Jehovah Scott Cawthon is now teasing a spin-off possibly titled Sister Locating.

It'll ne'er end. Scarce accept it.

Sister Location

I am a rock

Whatsoever games have standalone character creator tools. Worlds Adrift? Standalone island creator. Bossa's future MMO takes place crosswise a bunch of floating sky-islands (skylands?). If you're down to put in a snatch of free labor you might see your island included in the game at launch.

Thomas More intriguing: The island creator allows you to frolic your fres realm, if you want to get a finger for Worlds Adrift's grappling hooks.

Modernized War

We're all in agreement that the original Call off of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was the series peak, proper? Well then you'll be happy to hear that a remaster is seemingly in the line, "confirmed" by a bevy of leaks this week. First it was a Target preorder card, then a poop emoji, so this marketing image that popped abreast Reddit:

Modern Warfare remaster

That's "Campaign + 10 multiplayer maps" in the brackets. It's about as actual as material gets without an official announcement.

Divide and curb

The Division is bad broken—particularly along PC, where hackers have run roughshod over the Dark Zone and ruined what used to be a decently good time. But nonpareil put away I didn't expect to listen complaints? Fox News, where Coloured Eye's Andy Levy blank and titled the developers "jerks."

We springy in strange times.
